• Possess Bachelor\'s Degree majoring in Psychology / Management / Law.
• Preferably minimum 3 year of experience in related field.
• Familiar with selection process, HRIS, payroll, BPJS, and industrial relation.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Knowing UU No. 13 Year 2003 and UUCK.
• Good interpersonal, honest, responsible, pro-active and fast learner.
• Work Location: Samarinda, East Kalimantan. |

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (vacancy advertisement, screening, interviewing, and psychology test).
• Assist the implementation of employee development, such as induction of new employees, training development; Make sure all tools are updated.
• Monitoring employee engagement in the company culture is aligned with company mission and values.
• Development and excute HR strategis in branches that are in line with company goals and vision.
• Bridging management and employee relation by handling demands, complaints or other issues.
• Filing and maintaining all employee data for Compensation & Benefit administration. |
