ÆON is the largest retailer in Asia. ÆON is a retail network comprising around 300 consolidated subsidiaries and 26 equity-method affiliated companies. In Indonesia ÆON has just opened its first Retail Store inside AEON Mall BSD City, Tangerang at May 2015, and planning to open more GMS (General Merchandising Store) and Supermarket type stores around Jabodetabek area in near future.

Persyaratan : * Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in computer science or information technology * Min. 2 years experience working with information technologies, experience in retail industries will be an advantage * Basic knowledge in Network topology (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, VPN) and peripheral (Fortinet, Cisco), Server Technology (Linux, Windows), Working Group / Collaborative environment (Active Directory, File Sharing, Printer Sharing), Email Server (Exchange, Postfix), IT Security (Firewall, Anti-Virus) * Experience in office peripheral (PC, Laptop, Printer, CCTV, Access Door) * Experience in retail store peripheral (POS, Digital Scale, HHT) will be an advantage * Ability to analyze problems or malfunctions to ensure timely resolution * Ability to read and understand technical material * Willing to travel in the daily operation * Work in minimum supervision
Tanggung Jawab : * Provide standard and non-standard technical support to end-users in response to specific requests * Utilizes established operating procedures to review and resolve end-user technology issues; troubleshoots and resolves standard and non-standard hardware and software problems * Provide training on hardware and software for end-users; performs and supports testing and documentation activities * Documents operational problems; communicates with vendors, users, and other IT staff * Support the roll-out of new applications or devices * Participate in the coordination of corrective actions as appropriate, document problems and their resolution, and ensure the operational integrity of all changes to the operating environment * Works with IT Operation Support leader to establish standards service of IT Operation Support * May work independently or as part of a team, with general supervision * Perform and support any additional tasks instructed to accomplish the company\'s goals
