• Bachelor Degree of Graphic Design/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Min:2 years experience in the same field(FMCG experience is preferable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English is an advantage.
• Has experiences in creative design or project for international market/event is an advantage
• Required soft skil(s):Al, PSD, Premier
• Graphic design, project management, excellent eye for detail, excellent communication skills, creative thinking.
• Adept at problem-solving, finding innovative solutions, and turning obstacles into opportunities.

• Lead the Creative Team to develop any visual production for the export brands (advertising and promotion materials).
• Supervise creative team\'s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor timelines and budgets.
• Liase with the principals Marketing and Brand team for the key-visual and visual guideline.
• Supervise and approve the printing production process for export promotion materials (Rotogravure / offset / Digital / Flexography).
• Create designs & supervise internal creative team and agency for different media contents for export market such as print materials, digital platforms, social media, etc.
• Collaborate with the brand team / creative agency to develop a creative idea for brand activation and promotions (commercial needs) in overseas.
• Create annual report and budget for the creative team and provide report to Global Business Head and Marketing Director.
• Involve in and collaborate with related departments in NPD project for export market.
• Maintain muttiple projects at the same time, all the while meeting deadlines and providing client support as needed. |
